Anna Oxley Rintoul

Anna is a mum to three kids with a different variety of neurodiverse conditions. Together with her husband Chris, Anna has struggled with the ongoing and ever changing challenges of parenting, work, social life and self-care.

Anna is the founder of Takes a Village Australia, an organisation devoted to increasing awareness and understanding of this ‘invisible’ struggle, to foster a community of sharing and to provide support and advice to make life a bit easier for families doing it tough.

Anna is also a leadership coach, HR director, and board member of a NFP devoted to closing the gap in maths for underprivileged high school students.

Jordan Sandler

Jordan Sandler is the founder and CEO of CareNow, a successful and established care agency with a unique offering providing access to young, passionate highly-skilled carers.Jordan is also a founder of HoopNow is a community-based, skill-building basketball program tailored towards creating an inclusive, collaborative and exciting environment for young players who have special needs.

Char Adorjan

Char is a mum of 2 kids, her eldest diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Char and her family recently moved to Melbourne from London, and has been navigating school, support and NDIS, with equal parts joy and pain.

Char is an established and successful professional as a creative director in advertising devoted to driving socu8al change, a writer,  and with her husband Sonny, is a co-creater of the incredible Woodsism, an artistic endeavour to share the brilliance and insight of her autistic son.

Bel Rattigan

Bel is a mum of three neurodiverse kids, and continues to be fascinated and awed by the brilliant minds around her.

Bel has been a dedicated social activist and program manager for 20 years, and has given her professional time to progressing community development including  events work in the arts, work building diversity capability in organisations,  and most recently as a coach in leadership in education and youth services.

Bel is particularly passionate about school and finding ways to make it easier for kids like ours to be included, nurtured and supported to meet their true potential.
